There are 3 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. The purpose of this IC management is to provide you with a reference of 1 functions. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. In this IC management you will find TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions for you to refer to. It is a IC power that shares many benefits with other products from the Simple Reset/Power-On Reset line. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. There is a subcategory of this power ic known as Power Management Circuits. Power managment ic pin count is 3. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 900mV for this IC power. There should be no more than 6.5V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Push-Pull, Totem Pole as the output voltage. As far as the supply current of the power management is concerned, it is 150nA.
