It is mounted through 3 terminals on the power management. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. As with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. There are 3 pins on the supervisor. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 900mV, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 6.5V volts in this PMIC. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA.
