TPS3839A09DQNR Overview
This power management consists of 4 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. Please find attached 4-XDFN Exposed Pad functions for your reference in this IC power. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. There is a subcategory called Power Management Circuits for this power management. This power management has 4 pins. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 900mV as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. There should be no more than 6.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~85°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Push-Pull, Totem Pole as the output voltage.
