TPS3838K33DRVT Overview
There are 6 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. Depending on the power managment ic you are looking at, you can find a total of 1 channels. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of 6-WDFN Exposed Pad functions. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. There is a voltage supply of 1.8V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. 6 pins are present in total in this power management. 6 pins are present on the power management system. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 1.6V. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 6V volts in this IC power. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~85°C TA degrees. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. Supplied with a operating current of 15μA, this PMIC is capable of fully function as specified. You can always use TPS3838K33, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. At most, voltage supervisor can operate at a supply temperature of 15μA.
