TPS3837J25DBVT Overview
As far as the mounting terminals of this voltage supervisor are concerned, it has 5 in total. Cut Tape (CT)-packaging is used. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. IC management is packaged as a SC-74A, SOT-753 package. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. The supervisor is always powered by a 1.8V volt supply. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Surface Mount mounts IC management. There are a total of 5 pins on power management. There are 5 pins on the power managment ic. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 1.6V for this power management. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 6V volts. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~85°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Push-Pull, Totem Pole of output voltage. The supervisor's supply current is specified to 250nA. You can always use TPS3837J25, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. At the most, voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 15μA.
