There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. The supervisor is always powered by a 1.8V volt supply. Power management conducts at a voltage of 1. Power management is included in the Surface Mount mount. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 1.6V volts. There should be no more than 6V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Push-Pull, Totem Pole. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 250nA is the recommended value.
