This power management consists of 5 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. In this PMIC, you can find SC-74A, SOT-753 functions for your reference. It is a IC power that shares many benefits with other products from the Simple Reset/Power-On Reset line. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. When a supply voltage of 1.8V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. A total of 5 pins are located on this power management. This power management has 5 pins. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 1.6V volts. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 6V volts in this IC power. The mounting type of the supervisors is Surface MountThe temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 250nA is the recommended value. You can always use TPS3836E18, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. A maximum supply temperature of 15μA can be used.
