TPS3824-50DBVR Overview
This voltage supervisor has a total of 5 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. A Cut Tape (CT) package is used to package the power management. For your reference, this IC power includes a list of 1 functions. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. Please refer to power management for SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. There is a voltage supply of 3.3V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Surface Mount mounts IC management. The power management belongs to the Power Management Circuits subcategory. 5 pins are present in total in this power management. There are 5 pins on the supervisor. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 1.1V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. The mounting type of the supervisors is Surface MountThe supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Push-Pull, Totem Pole as the output voltage. The supervisor's supply current is specified to 15μA. You can always use TPS3824, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. A maximum supply temperature of 25μA can be used.
