It is mounted through 6 terminals on the power management. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260.
