This voltage supervisor has a total of 6 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Cut Tape (CT) model. In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. Please refer to power management for SOT-23-6 functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Packages are specified to have an average peak reflow temperature of 260. There is a voltage supply of 5V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. The total number of pins on this power management is 6. The pins of the power management system count 6. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 2V for this IC power. There should be no more than 6V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 9μA.
