Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. In this IC management you will find 5-TSSOP, SC-70-5, SOT-353 functions for you to refer to. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. There is a voltage supply of 1.5V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Power Management Circuits is a subcategory of this PMIC chip. 5 pins are present in total in this power management. This power management system has 5 pins. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 1.3V for this IC power. This IC power should be powered by no more than 6V volts of supply voltage (Vsup). Surface Mount mounting is recommended. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~85°C TA . As a result of this supervisor's operation, the output voltage is Open Drain or Open Collector. For this power management, there is an 3μA volt supply current. It is always advisable to use TPS3803G15, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. Voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 6μA at the most.
