TPS3803-01DCKRG4 Overview
There are 5 terminals connected to this power management, which makes it easy to mount. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of 5-TSSOP, SC-70-5, SOT-353 functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Packages are specified to have an average peak reflow temperature of 260. The supervisor is always powered by a 3.3V volt supply. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. There is a subcategory of this power ic known as Power Management Circuits. A total of 5 pins are located on this power management. Power managment ic pin count is 5. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 1.3V volts. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 6V volts. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~85°C TA degrees.
