This power management consists of 5 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. IC management is packaged as a 5-TSSOP, SC-70-5, SOT-353 package. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260. Manage ics operate at 3.3V supply voltages. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. Power Management Circuits is a subcategory of this PMIC chip. Power management has a total of 5 pins. Pin count of the power management is 5. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 1.6V. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 4V volts in this PMIC. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. There is a 18μA supply current present in the power management. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using TPS3802L30, the base power ics number. If you want to work with PMIC chip, you will need to supply PMIC chip with a temperature at least of 18μA.
