TPS3802K33DCKR Overview
A total of 5 terminals are used to mount this power management. Packaged in a Cut Tape (CT)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. Please refer to power management for 5-TSSOP, SC-70-5, SOT-353 functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. In a 3.3V supply voltage, the power management conducts. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. In total, IC powers are 5 pins on the board. There are 5 pins on the supervisor. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 1.6V. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 4V volts in this IC management. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~85°C TA degrees. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 9μA. If you want to search for similar IC managements of this manufacturer, you can always refer to TPS3802K33, which is the base power ics number. At the most, voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 18μA.
