TPS3801K33DCKR Overview
This power management consists of 5 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Packaged in the form of a Cut Tape (CT), power management is easy to use. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. On this supervisor, there is a series of 1 channels that can be found. Please find attached 5-TSSOP, SC-70-5, SOT-353 functions for your reference in this IC power. As with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 3.3V. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. There is a subcategory called Power Management Circuits for this power management. It has a total of 5 pins that are attached to IC management. There are 5 pins on the supervisor. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 2V for this power management. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 6V volts. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. It is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Push-Pull, Totem Pole of output voltage. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 9μA is the recommended value. You can always use TPS3801K33, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. The maximum supply temperature that PMIC chip can work with is 25μA.
