TPS3707-30DGN Overview
There are 8 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. There is a Tube-packaging method applied to IC management. The purpose of this IC management is to provide you with a reference of 1 functions. On this supervisor, there is a series of 1 channels that can be found. Please find attached 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad functions for your reference in this IC power. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. IC management conducts at a voltage of 3V. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. In total, it has 8 pins on IC management. Power managment ic pin count is 8. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 2V. There should be no more than 6V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Push-Pull, Totem Pole. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 20μA. It is always advisable to use TPS3707, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. If you want to work with PMIC chip, you will need to supply PMIC chip with a temperature at least of 50μA.
