TPS3620-50DGKR Overview
It is mounted through 8 terminals on the power management. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. In this IC management you will find 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) functions for you to refer to. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Battery Backup Circuit products as well. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. In a 5V supply voltage, the power management conducts. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. Power Management Circuits is a subcategory of this PMIC chip. 8 pins are present in total in this power management. 8 pins make up the power management. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 1.65V, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 5.5V volts in this IC management. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. It is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 15μA is the recommended value. Supervisors are also additional features, such as [0] for example, which are worth mentioning. You can always use TPS3620, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. A maximum supply temperature of 40μA can be used.
