This power management consists of 10 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). The purpose of this IC management is to provide you with a reference of 1 functions. There are 2 channels on this power managment ic that can be found in a series. As a reference, this IC power includes 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) functions for your convenience. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Battery Backup Circuit manage ics. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260.
