As far as the mounting terminals of this voltage supervisor are concerned, it has 14 in total. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Battery Backup Circuit products. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. There is a voltage supply of 2V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. In total, it has 14 pins on IC management. This power management has 14 pins. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 1.65V. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 5.5V volts in this IC management. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~85°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Push-Pull, Totem Pole of output voltage. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 20μA is the recommended value. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using TPS3600D20, the base power ics number. At the most, voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 40μA.
