Power management is mounted through 6 terminals. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. To assist you, this IC power includes 1 functions. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Reset Timer products as well. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. When a supply voltage of 3.3V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. This power ic can be sub-categorized as Power Management Circuits. The pins of the power management system count 6. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 1.6V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 6.5V volts in this IC management. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TJ. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain or Open Collector. There is a supply current of 350nA for the power management.
