TPS3306-33QDRQ1 Overview
There are 8 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. Packaged in the form of a Cut Tape (CT), power management is easy to use. In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. There are 2 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. There are 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Multi-Voltage Supervisor manage ics. According to the specification, the package's peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. When a supply voltage of 3.3V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 2. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. In total, it has 8 pins on IC management. There are 8 pins on the power managment ic. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 2.7V volts. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 6V volts in this PMIC. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. The output voltage of this power managment ic during operation is Open Drain or Open Collector. There is a supply current of 15μA for the power management. There are other features such as RESET THRESHOLD IS 4.55V, POWER ON RESET GENERATOR to name a few. You can always use TPS3306, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. The power management must be powered by 3/5V volts to function properly. The maximum supply temperature that PMIC chip can work with is 40μA. Supervisors from the well-known Automotive, AEC-Q100 series product line are featured in this PMIC.
