As you can see, this power management is mounted through 8 terminals. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. There are 2 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. In this PMIC, you can find 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions for your reference. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. In a 3.3V supply voltage, the power management conducts. When 2 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. Taking into account all of the pins, this power management has a total of 8. There are 8 pins on the power managment ic. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 2.7V for this power management. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 6V volts in this PMIC. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~125°C TA . Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation. The supply current of the power management is 40μA. To find similar IC managements from the manufacturer, you can always search by TPS3306. To operate this power management, you will need at least 3/5V volts of power. If you want to work with PMIC chip, you will need to supply PMIC chip with a temperature at least of 40μA. As you may know, this PMIC comes from the well-known Automotive, AEC-Q100 series product line.
