There are 8 terminals connected to this power management, which makes it easy to mount. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. This power managment ic consists of 2 channels, each of which can be used independently. In this IC management you will find 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad functions for you to refer to. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products as well. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260. IC management conducts at a voltage of 3.3V. A supply voltage of 2 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. 8 pins are present in total in this power management. 8 pins make up the power management. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 2.7V for this power management. It is recommended that the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this IC power be no more than 6V volts. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TJ. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 15μA is the recommended value. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using TPS3305, the base power ics number. This power management requires 3/5V power to work. Voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 40μA at the most.
