A total of 5 terminals are used to mount this power management. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. To assist you, this IC power includes 1 functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260. A supply voltage of 3V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. It has a total of 5 pins that are attached to IC management. This power management system has 5 pins.
