Power management is mounted through 6 terminals. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. In this IC power you will find 1 functions for you to refer to. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. To assist you, this PMIC includes SOT-23-6 functions. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. A supply voltage of 1.5V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. This power ic can be sub-categorized as Power Management Circuits. There are a total of 6 pins on power management. 6 pins are on the supervisor. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 400mV for this PMIC. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 3.3V volts. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TJ. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Open Drain or Open Collector.
