TPS22975DSGR Description
The TPS22975DSGR is a single-channel load switch with a programmable rise time to reduce inrush current. The TPS22975DSGR comprises an N-channel MOSFET with an input voltage range of 0.6 V to 5.7 V and a maximum continuous current of 6 A.
