TPS22933ARSET Overview
A 8-UFQFN case is included. It is suited to pack the part in Tape & Reel (TR) case. I would like to point out that the part is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. There is a voltage of 2.5V~12V applied to it. It is not allowed for this component to operate below -40°C~85°C degrees. Suitable for components connected in Handheld/Mobile Devices. The device is categorized as Source Selector Switch. It is possible to recognize the FET type as P-Channel. The part is available with 8 terminations. In this case, 8 pins have been used to design it. Using TPS22933 as a basis, the part is constructed. This device is powered by 4.2V in order to deliver a high level of performance. As part of the 260 process, the peak reflow temperature of this part is utilized. The part is from Power Management Circuits family. This part contains 8 pins that are located on the surface.
