The case is made of SOT-23 plastic. Packing the part in Tape & Reel (TR) cases is ideal. The part comes with 5 terminations. 5 pins are used in the design of this product. This device is powered by 3.3V in order to deliver a high level of performance. The peak reflow temperature of this part is used to run 260 on it. It is a part from the Power Management Circuits family. Several 5 pins are incorporated into the part. In order to reach the maximum supply voltage, Vsup should reach 4V as quickly as possible. The supply current used for its operating is 14μA. As a result, it is capable of delivering voltage at 3.3V. There are 1 outputs. It is recommended to mount the part by Surface Mount. This chip can be used with an input voltage of more than 4V volts without any problems. There are certain situations in which the chip can be used with input voltages as low as 2.7V V. Parts can be delivered with 100mA output current. It can be operated at 4V supply voltage. In order to make the part run, there are 2 inputs. The part should only be used at temperatures above -40°C. In the case of lower temperatures than 70°C, the part should be used. Keeping the device resistance within 1.3Ohm is recommended.
