The TPS1H100BQPWPRQ1 is a fully protected highside power switch with an integrated NMOS power FET and charge pump that is designed to intelligently regulate a variety of resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads. It stands out from the competition because to its accurate current sense and programmable current limit capabilities.

? –40 to 150°C operating junction temperature
? Input control, compatible with 3.3-V and 5-V logic
? Current sense with high accuracy, 30 mA at 1 A, 4 mA at 5 mA
? 20 percent at 0.5 A programmable current limit with external resistor
? Diagnostic enabling function for mcu analog or digital interface multiplexing
