A 100-TQFP Exposed Pad package is included. The MCU has 41 I/O ports. This Microcontroller is mounted using the Surface Mount mounting type. Microcontroller is based on the 32-Bit core architecture. As far as its program memory type is concerned, it is FLASH. The temperature range of this Microcontroller is within the range of -40°C~125°C TJ. The C2000™ C28x Piccolo™ series is comprised of this electrical component. The size of the program memory of Microcontroller is 512KB 256K x 16. A C28x Core Processor is at the core of this Microcontroller. This device falls under the MICROCONTROLLER, RISC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs category. There are 100 terminations on the IC chip. You get a 32-bit size. A 1.2V volt supply is provided by the Microcontroller chip. Currently, MCU chip has YES DMA channels.
