This Microcontroller comes in a 80-LQFP package. There are 42 I/Os. Using the Mounting Type Surface Mount, the MCU is mounted on PCB. As the name implies, this Microcontroller is based on the 32-Bit core. There is a memory type of FLASH in its program memory. Temperatures in this range are operated by this Microcontroller.
