The Texas Instruments MSP430 series of ultra-low power microcontrollers consists of multiple devices with different sets of peripherals for different applications. The architecture is optimized with five low-power modes to achieve longer battery life in portable measurement applications. These devices have powerful 16-bit RISC CPU, 16-bit registers and constant generators to help maximize code efficiency. A digitally controlled oscillator (DCO) allows you to wake up from low power mode to active mode in less than 6 microseconds.The TMS320F2809, TMS320F2809-Q1, TMS320F2808, TMS320F2808-Q1 TMS320F2806, TMS320F2802,TMS320F2801-Q1, TMS320F28015-Q1, TMS320F28016-Q1, TMS320C2802-Q1, and TMS320C2801 devices,members of the TMS320C28x DSP generation, are highly integrated, high-performance solutions for demanding control applications.
