This voltage supervisor has a total of 3 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). As a reference, this IC power includes TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions for your convenience. Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. When 3.3V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. The power management belongs to the Power Management Circuits subcategory. 3 pins are present in total in this power management. Power managment ic pin count is 3. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 2V volts. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 6V volts in this PMIC. The recommended mounting type for IC management is Surface Mount.
