TLV803RDBZR Overview
This voltage supervisor has a total of 3 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. The purpose of this IC management is to provide you with a reference of 1 functions. There are 1 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 2V. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. A total of 3 pins are located on this power management. The pins of the power management system count 3. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 1.1V. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 6V volts in this IC power. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~125°C TA. There is an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector from this supervisor when it is operating. Supplied with a operating current of 20μA, this PMIC is capable of fully function as specified.
