The TLV70018-Q1 and TLV70012-Q1 low-dropout (LDO) linear regulators are low quiescent current devices with excellent line and load transient performance. A high-precision bandgap and error amplifier allow 2% overall accuracy. These devices feature low output noise, high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR), and low dropout voltage, making them ideal for powering power sensitive loads. All device versions feature thermal shutdown protection and current limit to detect fault conditions.

Additionally, these devices are stable with an effective output capacitance of only 0.1µF. This feature allows the use of cost-effective capacitors with higher bias voltage and temperature derating. These devices are regulated to specified accuracy without incurring output loads.
