TLV5639CDW Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package and X package. Supply voltage is 3V volts. FPGA parts like this belong to the Other Converters family. Using a Surface Mount connector, you can mount this FPGA module on the development board. It is recommended that the operating temperature be kept within the range 0°C~70°C while the machine is operating. Using the Tube layout, this FPGA model can be contained in a very small amount of space. The total number of terminations is 20. For related parts, use its base part number TLV5639. 20 pins are designed into the device. With a total of 20 pins, it is equipped with a high level of security.
