Space-saving is achieved by supplying it in the 30-TFSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. Tube packaging is adopted. Its Voice-Band type ensures high-efficiency performance in a range of applications. The mounting type is Surface Mount. It is able to operate normally when the operating performance is set at 0°C~70°C. It features 1 / 1 ADCs / DACs. The analog circuit is provided with the supply voltage of 2.7V~3.6V. The digital circuit is provided with the supply voltage of 1.65V~1.95V. Signals are prevented from reflecting off the transmission line's terminations by using 30 terminations. In terms of electronics, it is a 30-pin device. The board is configured with 30 pins.
