As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. There are 8 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. There is a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. Operating at -40°C~150°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. There is a switching frequency of 370kHz for this voltage regulator 12v. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 4.75V. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 5V. For operation, voltage regulator provides a nominal input voltage of 12V. In the particular voltage regulators, the TLE8366 family is represented.
