Op amp is packaged in 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) case. Op amps are J-FET types of amplifier on the chip. It comes in a Tube case, which protects instrumentation amplifier from damage during delivery. As a reminder, this buffer op amp should be powered by 5V battery and that the battery should be inserted in the amplifier.
