There are 8 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. For your reference, this IC power includes a list of 1 functions. This power management is made up of 1 channels which are available in a series format. In this IC management you will find 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions for you to refer to. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. When a supply voltage of 5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. There is a subcategory of this power ic known as Power Management Circuits. 8 pins are present in total in this power management. Pin count of the power management is 8. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 2V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. There should be no more than 6V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. It is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. There is a supply current of 9μA for the power management. Power management is also possible to add other features such as POWER-ON RESET GENERATOR to name a few. It is always advisable to use TLC7725, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. The maximum supply temperature is 16μA.
