TLC7226CDWR Overview
A 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is provided with this component. Power is provided by a 15V-volt supply. Part of the Other Converters family, this FPGA part is a programmable gate array. An FPGA module can be attached to a development board with a Surface Mount-pin. During the operation of the system, the operating temperature should remain within the range of 0°C~70°C. It is for space saving reasons that this FPGA model is contained in Tape & Reel (TR). Total terminations are 20. Its base part number TLC7226 can be used to find parts that are related to it. In order to make it work, 20 pins have been designed. With a 15V supply voltage, designers can fully utili15Ve the flexibility of the device. An external power supply of 5/15GND/-5V is required to power the device. A total of 20 pins are included in this device. It supports the maximal supply voltage of 15.75V. The minimal supply voltage required for it is 14.25V.
