In order to facilitate transportation, it is packaged in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) .Output type CMOS, MOS, Open-Drain, TTL is used for this comparator.We ship the part through Tube .The comparator has 14 terminals.Electronic comparator is a component of the Comparator family.When supplied with 5V voltage, the comparator is capable of performing a wide range of tasks.In terms of type, this is a typical Differential comparator.As a result, it contains 14 pins.Surface Mount universial mout for easy adapting.As a precaution, it is recommended to set the operating temperature to 0°C~70°C to prevent malfunctions.There are 14 pins on the comparator.You can find more pin-to-pin solutions by searching TLC374 .In this comparator, the quiescent current is 800μA .There is a Surface Mount on the board for mounting to a PCB or other board.Electronic comparator is recommended that the nominal supply current for the device be set to 600μA .If the current supply exceeds 150μA , the comparator might be damaged.5V power supplies are enough to run the device.The part is from LinCMOS? comparator series.For normal operation, there should be 15V operating supply voltage applied.
