Op amp is packaged in 8-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) case.  Op amps are General Purpose types of amplifier on the chip.  Instrumentation amplifier is delivered in a Cut Tape (CT) case.  It is estimated that there will be at least 8 terminations this year.
