TL7700CPWRE4 Overview
This power management consists of 8 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. In this PMIC, you can find 8-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) functions for your reference. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 260. There is a voltage supply of 3V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. It has a total of 8 pins that are attached to IC management. Power managment ic pin count is 8. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 1.8V for this PMIC. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 40V volts. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~85°C TA . During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. As far as the supply current of the power management is concerned, it is 600μA. Power management is also possible to add other features such as POWER ON RESET GENERATOR to name a few. It is always advisable to use TL7700, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. A power supply of 2/36V watts is required for the operation of this power management. A maximum supply temperature of 1mA can be used with this power management.
