TL5001CDG4 Overview
In the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. Tube is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). A 3.6V~40V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Worked in an dc switcher with a -20°C~85°C TA rating. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 20kHz~500kHz. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount. The dcdc regulator features Dead Time Control, Frequency Control for efficient switching control. Switch converters are connected to ICs with SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog outputs.
