TL5001AQD Overview
The switching controller fits in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. For outputs of 1, this dc motor controller is suitable. There is a Tube solid enclosure around the pmic. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. 3.6V~40V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~125°C TJ. The switching controller can be switched at 20kHz~500kHz. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount. The dcdc regulator features Dead Time Control, Frequency Control for efficient switching control. Connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply. The switching converters's terminal (s) are designed at DUAL . An array of 8 terminations of dc switching. The control methods that these dc dc converter ics use include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION.
