Capsuled in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 2 numbers. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 7V~40V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~85°C TA. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 1kHz~300kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Dead Time Control, Frequency Control which allows efficient switching control.
