Op amp is packaged in 16-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width) case. Logarithmic-type instrumentation amplifiers are used in this application. The case in which buffer amplifier is delivered is called a Tape & Reel (TR) case. It is estimated that there will be at least 16 terminations this year.
