TL3845D-8 Overview
In the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tube rating. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 7.6V~30V. Worked in an dc switcher with a 0°C~70°C TA rating. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 100kHz position. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Frequency Control provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control. A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is connected to the switch converters.
