TL3843BDRG4 Overview
As a result of 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 7.6V~30V. Qualified to work in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher. With this switching controller, you can switch at Up to 500kHz. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount. The dcdc regulator features Frequency Control for efficient switching control. SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC connects the switch converters. DUAL are the position of the terminal of the switching converters. 14 terminations with a variety of function.
